For over 15 years, Ford has been actively investing in and operating commercial real estate properties.  The executives utilize their comprehensive and extensive experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, real estate development, property management, and real estate finance.  Ford Investment Properties offers programs that may include specialty funds, real estate investment trusts, and 1031 exchanges within a DST (Delaware Statutory Trust).

We seek to acquire assets that have the potential to generate consistent income and have long-term leases with recognizable, free standing, creditworthy regional and national tenants with "double net" or "triple net" terms.  Currently, our portfolio’s assets cover multiple sectors of retail tenants.

By offering our real estate investment products through select financial institutions, individual investors are able to leverage Ford's years of experience and conservative, strategic approach to income generating real estate investments for their own portfolio.

Ford Investment Properties also purchases and manages properties for our investors that come to us through private equity raising from the Broker/Dealer channel.  These properties can be disclosed to you once a request is made by your licensed financial representative.  The licensed financial representative must determine if you are suitable and qualified as an "Accredited Investor" ( as defined under Rule 501a of Regulation D).
