Ford Property Management Group is an affiliate company that manages all of Ford’s properties. The key managers of Ford Property Management Group have invested in and managed a number of real estate transactions, as reflected in About Us page.
The properties that are under management by Ford Property Management Group have a weighted average occupancy of 98%. This occupancy rate is particularly strong performance in light of the fact that some properties under Ford’s overall portfolio within Ford Investment Properties and Ford Properties vary between multi and single-tenant properties. Multi-tenant properties are riskier and subject to tenant turnover than single-tenant properties. All of our multi-tenant properties are only within Ford Properties and do not exist inside our family of funds through Ford Investment Properties.
