The Manager
The fund will be managed by Ford Realty Group LLC., a Pennsylvania limited liability company and affiliate of the fund. The manager’s principals have significant experience in acquiring, managing, developing and financing real estate and other businesses. Currently, Ford Realty Group owns and manages the following properties that are not part of the fund:
