Ford Properties Group Net Leased Portfolio III Fund, LLC combines the traditional benefits of commercial real estate investment with additional factors that make it even more appealing.

These factors include:

• Diverse Portfolio – The Fund’s portfolio will incorporate a number of variables in order to achieve stable diversity, including: geography, tenancy, lease duration, financing terms and credit types.

• Long-Term Leases – While Ford Fund III may include some properties with shorter lease terms (and correspondingly higher returns), the leases will generally have terms of 10 years or more.  This fixed term and related income help to ensure the stability of our investors’ returns.

• Acquisition Criteria – The Fund will only acquire properties leased to national or regional tenants with good credit and/or strong balance sheets. By understanding and confirming the financial strength of our tenants, we will create a more secure investment opportunity.

• Industry Diversity – Unlike some funds that limit industry and geographic diversity, we will maintain a fluid model of industry investment.  This industry and geographic diversity will assist in providing further portfolio stability.  In the event that a specific sector is negatively impacted, we will provide other industry offsets, thus limiting exposure and risk.
